Submission Guidelines


JRP|Ringier is publishing books on contemporary art, and they may be a result of artists’ projects, partnerships with art institutions, or series of theoretical and art-historical texts.

If you wish to send a submission to JRP|Ringier for consideration in their publishing or distribution programs, please mail your materials to the following address:

JRP|Ringier has to follow two seasonal deadlines for their catalogue:

March 1st for the Fall/Winter program,
i.e. publication dates from July – December.


September 1st for the Spring/Summer programm,
i.e. publication dates from January – June of the following year.


You should join the following material to your submission:

- Detailed information on your book project, enclosing a manuscript, a resume and CV of the author/artist, projected book specifications about financial, editiorial, and production planning.

- Pdf files of the book layout, or book dummy, sample images (no originals).

- Sample copies of previously published books.

All materials sent become the property of JRP|Ringier, and the publisher cannot be held liable for damage or loss of materials.

JRP|Ringier shall return materials only on request, and if they are accompanied by a supplied postage or sufficient return shipment information to charge your shipping account directly.

Answers to submissions can take up to 2 months.
