Reference monograph

During the development of her projects, usually in close relation with a community, Katerina Seda (*1977, Brno, Czech Republic) uses media such as video, drawing, installation and performance.

Her art objects stand as witnesses along with her idiosyncratic artist’s books (published by JRP|Ringier) that document elaborated projects. Her works have been shown at the biennials of Lyon, Berlin and Venice, documenta 12 and more recently at Tate Modern, where Seda was invited to realize a day-long performance.

Besides offering the first overview of the artist’s projects, objects, films, and drawings, this reference monograph also features a new commissioned essay by Adam Szymczyk.

Published with the Kunstmuseum Luzern.
